Daily dose for adults in arterial hypertension, edema syndrome is 50-100 mg for adults. It should be divided into 1-2 intakes a day. On necessity the dose maybe gradually increased up to 200 mg a day. Duration of treatment is not less than two weeks. For other conditions such as chronic congestive heart failure, cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome and others different dosage maybe recommended.
